If you've already placed an order and would like to find out the status or get the tracking number; send an email to orders@shoefootandbody.com, with your name and order confirmation number. A customer service representative will contact you by e-mail to let you know where your order is within 24 hours. Orders usually ship from our distribution center within 24 hours by USPS Priority Mail (standard delivery 2 days) or UPS Ground depending on the weight.

Shoe Foot & Body wants you receive the product(s) you ordered to be exactly as you expected and we want you to be completely satisfied. If after receiving the product(s) you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange the product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling).

Shoe Foot & Body values its customers, and will refund or exchange any product within 30 days for a FULL-REFUND. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days for any reason. Footwear products, such as shoes and socks, must be returned in their original, unworn condition, and shoes must be returned in their original boxes. Please contact us at orders@shoefootandbody.com for notification and reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization number and return instructions.
If you return any item(s), your return will be processed, and your account credited, within 7-10 business days after we have received your returned item(s) at our Distribution Center. We will refund your purchase price only. A credit will be issued to your credit card, or you will receive a check if you paid by e-check. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage on a return. Please ship your returned items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number.
If you exchange your item(s), follow the return procedure and submit a new order for the replacement(s) by phone or at www.shoefootandbody.com.
